How much does a website cost?
Although this is one of the most common questions we are asked, it’s difficult to give an accurate answer without details. Websites can vary widely in size and scope and have unique needs, so we assess projects individually, at no charge. We take into account each client’s needs and their project specs, then we provide an informed quote so clients can be confident in the cost and what they are getting for their money.

Arriving at a quote
We have a tried-and-true quoting process that we follow in order to give you as accurate a quote as possible for the time/work required for the design and development of a professional website for you.
To assemble a quote for you, we will…
- send a questionnaire to gather general specs and info about your project,
- review the information you provide,
- review your existing/current website (if applicable),
- submit any questions we have for clarification,
- arrive at a quote based on your communicated needs,
- send you a quote.
What if my site’s specs change after you’ve given me a quote, either before or during development?
If this happens, we’ll discuss with you any potential or estimated costs so that you may approve the additional fees, which will be included in the final invoice for your project.
I prefer to talk to a person, is that possible?
If at any point you’d like to consult with us verbally, during the quoting process, or after, just let us know. We’ll be happy to set up a Zoom call.
How we bill
In general, we bill projects in two installments”
– 50% to book into the calendar
– 50% when we submit the site for final review*
If we are booking your site to start more than 4 months from the date of signing the proposal, then we may bill in three installments if that works better for you.
A 3-payment breakdown might look something like this:
– 25% to book into the calendar
– 25% when we start work in earnest
– 50% when we submit the site for final review*
* Any additional costs accrued during project development will be included on the final invoice.

Note: Regardless of the billing schedule, the first payment is non-refundable.
